Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

Order confirmation is required via WhatsApp or call — please respond promptly to avoid delays.

Shipping charges must be paid in advance before dispatch.

Product images and descriptions are accurate; however, minor variations in appearance may occur.

Order changes can only be made before shipment. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

International shipping is not available at this time.

All items are professionally packed for safe delivery, but Computer’s Hut is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the courier after dispatch.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only at our office; an original receipt is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any product.

Exchanges are available only for faulty or incorrect items, and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
