Computer’s Hut aim to deliver reliable products and a seamless customer experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call.

  • Orders may be delayed if customer verification is incomplete or contact is not answered.

  • International shipping is not available.

2. Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Shipping charges must be paid in advance for order confirmation.

  • Delivery is carried out through third-party courier companies.

  • All parcels are packed securely; however, once an order is handed over to the courier, Computer’s Hut cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

4. Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Order changes or cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

  • Once the order has shipped, modification or cancellation is not possible. Additional charges may apply for redirection or reshipment.

5. Eligibility for Return

A product may be eligible for return under the following circumstances:

A. Defective or Faulty Product

  • The item is not functioning as intended upon delivery.

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

B. Incorrect Item Delivered

  • Customer received a product different from what was ordered.

  • Product must be unused and returned in original condition.

C. Approval Required

  • All returns must be approved by Computer’s Hut prior to being sent back.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Conditions for Accepting a Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The original invoice/receipt must be provided.

  • All included accessories, packaging, and components must be intact.

  • The product must be free from physical, liquid, or accidental damage.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, tampering, opening of internal components, or third-party repair attempts are not eligible.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item delivered.

  • Items must be returned to our office after receiving approval.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered in the following cases:

  • The product is faulty upon arrival.

  • A wrong product was delivered.

  • The exchange request is made within 30 days and approved by our support team.

Note:
Exchange depends on stock availability. If a replacement is not available, the customer may opt for an alternative item or refund.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when an approved return cannot be repaired or replaced.

A. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed after complete inspection of the returned item.

  • Shipping, handling, and packaging charges are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee may apply, depending on product type and condition.

  • Refund will process within 10 working days after approval.

B. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Customer changes mind or decides they no longer want the product.

  • Item is damaged due to mishandling, drops, liquid spills, voltage issues, or improper use.

  • Any accessory, component, or original packaging is missing.

  • The product has been serviced, opened, or modified by the customer.

10. Software, Activation & Digital Services

  • Software installations (Windows, Office, Utilities) are complimentary.

  • Activation, updates, or software behavior after customer usage are not covered under returns or refunds.

11. Final Decision

All return, exchange, and refund cases are assessed individually.
Computer’s Hut reserves the right to approve or reject a claim based on inspection results and policy terms.
