Returns and Refunds
Computer’s Hut accepts returns and refunds on eligible products within 15 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Note: Certain items are not eligible for return, including digital, and gift products. Items that are damaged, defective, burnt, or mishandled will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return?
To start a return, contact us for authorization. Once approved, please package the item securely and return it to us at your expense within 15 days of authorization. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process a refund within 7 business days.

Refund Amount
Refunds will reflect the purchase price minus any shipping, handling, or restocking fees (if applicable). Computer's Hut reserves the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet our policy criteria.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, and customers should follow the return procedure.
