SHIPPING POLICY

Computer's Hut offers delivery services across Pakistan. Orders are typically dispatched within one to five business days, depending on your location and the nature of the product. All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch to ensure accuracy and avoid delays. Please ensure that your contact details are up to date and that you are available to respond promptly.

If you need to modify your order, we encourage you to do so before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs, depending on the request.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur and are not considered valid reasons for return or refund.

Please note that Computer’s Hut does not currently offer international shipping. All deliveries are handled by third-party couriers, and while we ensure products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to dispatch, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.

RETURNS POLICY

At Computer's Hut, we are committed to your satisfaction. If a product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will review and verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a free replacement of the same product. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or general dissatisfaction. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. The original purchase receipt is required for all return or exchange requests.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within seven business days. Shipping charges and any additional fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or replacements. However, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Customers may also return or exchange products by visiting our office. We recommend contacting us in advance to arrange in-store returns.

Exchanges are only offered in the case of incorrect or faulty items, and requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. If the item is found to be in working condition after inspection, a replacement or exchange will not be issued. Additionally, Computer’s Hut cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to products during delivery.
