Shipping Policy

• We ship all over Pakistan.

• COD is available only in Karachi. Customers outside Karachi are required to make advance payment.

• Free delivery within Karachi. For other cities, standard shipping rates apply based on package weight and destination.

• Delivery Timings are 1–3 business days in Karachi, 3–7 business days in other cities, depending on your location and courier service.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Tracking details are shared upon dispatch for full transparency.

Returns & Refunds Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• A replacement will be provided after verification. If not possible, a refund will be processed.

• Returns due to change of mind or non-technical reasons will not be accepted.

• Refund Policy:

  • 10% restocking fee applies to all approved refunds.

  • Shipping and other service charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

• Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
